At its meeting on 3 November 2023, the Committee, having received information from the parties to the effect that the decision to expel the complainant had become statute‑barred and the complainant had accepted the discontinuance of the communication, as he had been granted a new examination and thus benefited from protection, decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 1059/2021.
