Note by the Secretary-General
The present note contains information on the overall situation with regard to the submission of reports by States parties in accordance with article 9 of the Convention. Section A lists, in alphabetical order of States parties, the reports received by the Secretary‑General, pending consideration by the Committee, and reflects the status of reports submitted as at 1 December2006. Section B lists the reports due, in the order of the years in which they fell due, from States parties up to the closing date of the present session of the Committee (9 March 2007).
