At its meeting on 22 April 2022, the Committee, not having received the complainant’s comments on the State party’s observations, despite sending various reminders to that effect, and having lost contact with the complainant, decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 902/2018, on the understanding that the complainant would be entitled to submit a new communication to the Committee in the future, provided that he furnished a reasonable explanation for his inability to ensure an uninterrupted exchange of correspondence with the Committee concerning the present communication.
