At its meeting on 3 August 2018, the Committee, not having received comments from the complainant’s counsel on the State party’s observations on admissibility and the merits, despite sending several reminders to that effect, and taking into account that the request for interim measures has been lifted and the communication with the counsel and the complainant has been lost, decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 694/2015.
