1.The Chair said that the Committee had hoped for the participation of the delegation of Antigua and Barbuda but had not received any response to its questions. The only option for the State party was to provide written replies within 48 hours of the present meeting. The State party was nevertheless strongly encouraged to enter into a dialogue with the Committee.
