aAt its forty-first session, the Committee invited the State party to submit all its overdue reports in a combined report within two years, failing which the Committee would proceed with consideration of the implementation of the Convention in the State party in the absence of a report (A/63/38, chap. VI, para. 419).

bAt its forty-fourth session, the Committee decided that the secretariat should systematically remind States parties whose reports were five years or more overdue to submit their reports as soon as possible. It requested the secretariat to send reminders to those States parties. Failing receipt of a response from the States parties concerned, the secretariat should inform the Committee at its forty-fifth session.

cAt its thirty-ninth session, the Committee decided to consider implementation of the Convention in the State party early in 2010, if necessary in the absence of a report (A/62/38, chap. VI, para. 675).

dAt its thirty-ninth session, the Committee decided to consider implementation of the Convention in the State party in the second half of 2010, if necessary, in the absence of a report (A/62/38, chap. VI, para. 675).

eAt its thirty-eighth session, the Committee decided to send a reminder to the State party to submit all its overdue reports as a combined report for consideration as soon as possible (A/62/38, chap. VI, para. 408).

fAt its forty-second session, the Committee invited the State party to submit all its overdue reports in a combined report within two years, failing which the Committee would proceed with consideration of the implementation of the Convention in the State party in the absence of a report (A/64/38, chap.
