At its meeting on 6 November 2017, the Committee against Torture, having ascertained that the complainant had voluntarily left the Netherlands on 16 April 2017 and having received confirmation from his counsel that he agreed with the State party’s request for discontinuance, decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 692/2015.
