At its meeting on 25 July 2019, the Committee, in the light of a request from the author’s counsel to discontinue the consideration of the communication and having been informed by the author’s counsel that a new round of domestic remedies had become available to the author during which the merits of his case would be reconsidered, decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 2208/2012.
