On 30 December 2020, the Committee, having been informed that the complainant had been granted permanent residence in the State party, decided to discontinue the examination of communication No. 684/2015, on the understanding that the complainant would be entitled to submit a new communication to the Committee in the event of a renewed risk of forcible removal from the State party’s territory.
