At its meeting on 28 April 2021, the Committee, having been informed that the State party’s authorities had recognized the complainant as a refugee and granted her a residence permit in Switzerland, and given the acceptance by the complainant of the State party’s request that the Committee discontinue the examination of the communication, decided to discontinue the examination of communication No. 976/2020.
