On 30 December 2020, the Committee, having received a request from the State party to discontinue the communication on the grounds that the State party had decided to re-examine the asylum application of the complainant and that the latter no longer risked being removed to Greece, and after having been informed that the complainant did not oppose said request, decided to discontinue the examination of communication No. 1015/2020.
