At its meeting on 14 July 2021, the Committee, not having received comments from the complainant’s counsel on the State party’s observations, despite sending two reminders to that effect, and in the light of the subsequent withdrawal of the complaint by the counsel as he had lost contact with the author, decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 974/2019.
