In accordance with article 22 of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, the specialized agencies have been invited to submit to the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women, at its forty-eighth session, reports on the implementation of the Convention in areas falling within the scope of their activities. The reports will be issued as addenda to the present note.
