At its meeting on 23 February 2022, the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women, not having received further information from the parties, and taking into account the State party’s request for discontinuance owing to the fact that the author was granted a residence permit in Switzerland and no longer faces risk of removal, decided to discontinue its consideration of the communication.
