At its meeting on 21 July 2022, the Committee, having been informed by the State party that the complainants had been granted asylum on 26 February 2021, and having subsequently received a request for discontinuance from the State party and an expression of consent from the complainants’ counsel to discontinue the case owing to its successful resolution, decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 901/2018.
