Other activities

As a head of the women group “Coalition-1325” she conducted a wide-scaled consultation to assess the needs and priorities of women in communities, ensuring that these priorities are reflected in the Poverty Reduction Strategy and National Plan of Action for Women.

She was one of the two author-experts of the National Plan of the Action on Gender and family issues in Azerbaijan.

She is a member of women networks — Women’s empowerment (Kvinna till Kvinna Sweden); Omnibus 1325 (OWEN-Germany); Women for peace in South Caucasus.

She has taken part in a number of regional, international conferences and seminars.
