At its meeting on 28 April 2021, the Committee, having been informed by counsel that the complainant had been granted a residence permit owing to her marriage with a national of Switzerland and that the complainant was therefore no longer at a risk of being deported to Ethiopia, decided to discontinue the examination of communication No. 833/2017.
