At its meeting on 4 November 2022, the Committee, having been informed by the complainant that he no longer faced a risk of removal from Canada, given that the removal order against him had been quashed by the Federal Court and reversed upon reconsideration, and following which, on 23 December 2021, the complainant had withdrawn his complaint, decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 926/2019.
