Ms. KHATTAB (Rapporteur) presented the draft concluding observations of the Committee on the initial and second periodic reports of Germany, India, Papua New Guinea, Japan and the Kingdom of the Netherlands (Netherlands and Aruba).

The CHAIRPERSON invited the Committee to adopt its concluding observations concerning the initial and second periodic reports of Germany, India, Papua New Guinea, Japan and the Kingdom of the Netherlands (Netherlands and Aruba).

Concluding observations of the Committee on the Rights of the Child: Germany (CRC/C/15/Add.226)

The concluding observations on the second periodic report of Germany were adopted.

Concluding observations of the Committee on the Rights of the Child: India (CRC/C/15/Add.228)

The concluding observations on the second periodic report of India were adopted.

Concluding observations of the Committee on the Rights of the Child: Papua New Guinea (CRC/C/15/Add.229)

The concluding observations on the initial report of Papua New Guinea were adopted.

Concluding observations of the Committee on the Rights of the Child: Japan (CRC/C/15/Add.231)

The concluding observations on the second periodic report of Japan were adopted.

The concluding observations on the second periodic report of the Netherlands and the initial report of Aruba were adopted.

The CHAIRPERSON presented the concluding observations of the Committee on the initial and second periodic reports of Indonesia, Guyana, Armenia and Slovenia. He invited the Committee to adopt its concluding observations concerning the reports of those four States parties.

The concluding observations on the second periodic report of Indonesia were adopted.

Concluding observations of the Committee on the Rights of the Child: Guyana (CRC/C/15/Add.224)

The concluding observations on the initial report of Guyana were adopted.

Concluding observations of the Committee on the Rights of the Child: Armenia (CRC/C/15/Add.225)

The concluding observations on the second periodic report of Armenia were adopted.

Concluding observations of the Committee on the Rights of the Child: Slovenia (CRC/C/15/Add.230)

The concluding observations on the second periodic report of Slovenia were adopted.

The CHAIRPERSON invited the Committee to consider the remainder of the report.

The report of the thirty-fifth session, as a whole, was adopted.
