1.On 28 February 2020, S.S.G., acting also on behalf of the author’s 10-year-old son, M.E.G., S.N.I., B.F.A., A.C.R., and M.E.M.G., acting also on behalf of the author’s 5-year-old son, submitted an individual communication to the Committee. On 23 October 2020, the Committee registered the communication, rejecting the authors’ request for interim measures.

2.At its meeting on 22 February 2021, the Committee, having noted the authors’ request to withdraw the case on the grounds that they had taken up residence in different municipalities following the eviction, decided to discontinue its consideration of communication No. 192/2020, in accordance with rule 17 of its provisional rules of procedure under the Optional Protocol.
