Adoption of concluding observations (E/C.12/1/Add.91, Add.92, Add.93, Add.94 and Add.95)
The CHAIRPERSON invited the Committee to adopt its concluding observations on the initial report of the Republic of Moldova (E/C.12/1/Add.91).
The concluding observations were adopted.
The CHAIRPERSON invited the Committee to adopt its concluding observations on the initial report of Yemen (E/C.12/1/Add.92).
The concluding observations were adopted.
The CHAIRPERSON invited the Committee to adopt its concluding observations on the second periodic report of Guatemala (E/C.12/1/Add.93).
The concluding observations were adopted.
The CHAIRPERSON invited the Committee to adopt its concluding observations on the fourth periodic report of the Russian Federation (E/C.12/1/Add.94).
The concluding observations were adopted.
The CHAIRPERSON invited the Committee to adopt its concluding observations on the second periodic report of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (E/C.12/1/Add.95).
The concluding observations were adopted.
MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS (continued)
The CHAIRPERSON said that she would take it that the Committee authorized her to send a letter to the Intergovernmental Working Group on the voluntary guidelines to support the progressive realization of the right to adequate food in the context of national food security.
It was so decided.
The CHAIRPERSON said that the pre-sessional working group, comprising Mr. Ceausu, Mr. Kerdoun, Mr. Malinverni, Mr. Tirado Mejía and herself, would meet from 17 to 21 May 2004.

The report was adopted.
CLOSURE OF THE SESSION
