Addendum

1.In accordance with article 8 of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, the twenty-eighth meeting of States parties to the Convention is to be held at United Nations Headquarters on 21 June 2019 for the purpose of electing nine members of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination to replace those whose terms will expire on 19 January 2020.

2.The curricula vitae of the persons whose nominations were received by 27 February 2019 are contained in a note of the Secretary-General dated 26 April 2019 (see CERD/SP/82, annex).

3.The annex to the present note contains the curricula vitae of three additional candidates, who were nominated by Germany, Colombia and Burkina Faso after 27 February 2019, listed in the order in which their nominations were received.
