5.Election, in accordance with articles 28–32 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, of one member of the Human Rights Committee to replace Helen Keller, who resigned on 30 September 2011 and whose mandate is due to expire on 31 December 2014.

6.Election, in accordance with articles 28–32 of the Covenant, of one member of the Human Rights Committee to replace Majoub El-Haiba, who resigned on 30 September 2011 and whose mandate is due to expire on 31 December 2012.
