At its meeting on 1 March 2019, the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, having considered the author’s request to withdraw her communication, in which she reported that she had been assigned a social housing unit, where she is currently living permanently with her daughters, decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 42/2018, in accordance with article 17 of its provisional rules of procedure under the Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
